How do I request a tow or roadside service?

You can call us directly or use our online request form. Just tell us where you are and what’s going on — we’ll take care of the rest.

How quickly can you arrive in an emergency?

We aim to arrive as quickly as possible, typically within 30-45 minutes, depending on your location.

Do you offer long-distance towing?

Yes, we do! Just let us know where you need your vehicle taken, and we’ll provide a quote and time estimate.

Can you tow motorcycles or specialty vehicles?

At this time we currently do not tow Motorcycles however we have the corect equipment to safely tow classic cars, and low-clearance vehicles.

What services do you offer?

Our services include towing, vehicle recovery, jump-starts, tire changes, and more.

Do you bill Insurance or Motor Clubs providers directly?

If you’re covered by a provider (like AAA or your auto insurance), we may be able to bill them directly. Let us know when you call, and we’ll confirm.

Are you an official AAA provider?

Yes! Walkers Recovery Services LLC is an authorized AAA service provider. If you’re a AAA member, you can request us through the AAA app or by calling AAA directly.

What if I’m not sure if my AAA membership covers me?

No problem. AAA will confirm your coverage when you call. If something isn’t covered, we’ll let you know the cost upfront before doing any work.

If my insurance sent you, is the whole service covered?

That depends on your insurance policy. In many cases, your insurance will cover the full cost of the tow or roadside service — but not always. Some policies have limits on distance, service types, or dollar amounts. We recommend checking with your provider ahead of time. If there’s anything not covered, we’ll let you know the cost before starting any work.

Are you transparent about pricing?

Yes, absolutely. We believe in upfront and honest pricing. Before we start any service, we’ll clearly explain what’s covered, what’s not, and what any additional costs will be — no hidden fees, no surprises. If you ever have questions about a charge, just ask — we’ll walk you through it.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and mobile payment apps like Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely through Square. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as Walkers Recovery Services LLC.

What information do I need when calling AAA?

Have your AAA membership number ready, along with your location, vehicle details, and the type of help you need. If you’d like to request us specifically, ask for Walkers Recovery Services LLC.

Can I upgrade or renew my AAA membership on the spot?

We can’t process membership upgrades ourselves, but we’ll point you in the right direction. You can call AAA directly or use their app to update your plan.

What if extra services are needed will I be charged more?

Sometimes unexpected situations come up, like needing a winch-out before towing or special equipment to safely handle your vehicle. If any extra services are required beyond what your insurance or roadside provider covers, we’ll let you know right away. Yes, you would be responsible for any additional charges, and you can pay us directly on the spot using cash, card, or mobile payment.
